Bookings Queries (Once Transferred to Translate UK)
Commissioning Bodies cannot make new booking requests directly with Translate UK. We kindly ask that all bookings are arranged through the primary supplier.
Once an assignment has been transferred to Translate UK, you will receive a transfer confirmation email. After this, any queries relating to that booking—including amendments, cancellations, interpreter availability, or other day-to-day service delivery matters—must be directed to the Bookings Team at bookings@translateuk.net.
